Noblesville High School Girls Lacrosse is seeking a passionate, energetic, and knowledgeable Varsity Head Coach to lead and continue growing our program.

The ideal candidate will emphasize:

• Development of players’ fundamental skills
• Strong understanding of the game
• Leadership and personal growth of student-athletes
• A positive, team-first culture

With extensive support from the school administration and the Noblesville Girls Lacrosse Parent Board, the Varsity Head Coach will also play a key role in:

• Building and mentoring a coaching staff
• Strengthening connections with Noblesville Youth Lacrosse girls teams
• Promoting long-term program growth and community engagement

We are looking for a leader who is committed to developing competitive athletes while fostering character, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.
