Fall 2026 Registration Launching Late July
The Max Lax indoor lacrosse leagues are designed for male and female participants spanning 1st through 12th grades, along with leagues for adult men and women. Entering its 12th year for the 2026-2027 season, this established program remains dedicated to fostering lacrosse development throughout Central Indiana by hosting weekly matchups at the advanced Grand Park Sports Campus.
Designed to fit busy schedules, the league requires just a once-a-week commitment. Each session features a 15-minute warm-up period followed by a 40-minute game. The schedule runs for six weeks and concludes with a final tournament night. Lacrosse players of all skill levels and experience backgrounds are invited to join.
Participants are organized into age divisions based on USA Lacrosse’s 12-month age chart and applicable Indiana lacrosse regulations. To ensure competitive balance, we strive to split every divisino into two distinct conferences: a developmental conference (“JV” or “B”) centered on teaching fundamentals to newer players, and a competitive conference (“Varsity” or “A”) tailored for experienced players possessing advanced individual skills and tactical knowledge.

IHSAA Compliance for Girls’ High School Max Lax
Just like the Fall 2025 season, the Fall 2026 Max Lax Season strictly follows the IHSAA Sanctioned Sport Guidelines for Girls’ High School Lacrosse. These mandates state that (1) no single Max Lax team may feature more than 7 girls from the same high school, and (2) high school participants cannot be coached by anyone on their school’s current lacrosse coaching staff.
To comply with these regulations, participants must register individually, with the option to form or join small groups of up to 7 players from the same school. Following the evaluation day on October 27th, players will be drafted as a group into either the JV or Varsity experience-based conference. Teams will be guided by parents and seasoned lacrosse leaders. Parents who want to coach can sign up here: https://forms.gle/b1hoGrV3bP4W9zcm7.
The Max Lax Youth and High School leagues consist of a six-game regular season (once a week) and an end-of-season tournament night totaling seven 7-weeks of play. All players are welcome regardless of their lacrosse playing experience.
